Law
Duration of studies: 4 years (8 semesters)
Description of the programme:
The aim of the programme is to provide PhD students with specific knowledge of narrow legal specialisations and the skills to develop it independently through innovative research methods and then implement it into doctoral projects. Within the framework of the program, obligatory and facultative classes are provided that expose the achievements of the general theoretical and historical sciences and the so-called detailed dogmatics, as well as lectures of professors from other academic centers, who will disseminate the knowledge of their research specialties.
The programme provides PhD students with the required experience and extended specialist knowledge in the field of legal sciences necessary to perform a variety of public functions and professional roles requiring advanced legal knowledge.
