Workshop Research Project Management led by prof. Piotr Siuda at the Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz

On 15th–16th April 2025, the Doctoral School of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn hosted a training session titled “Research Project Management”, led by Dr. Piotr Siuda, Associate Professor at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz (UKW), an expert in internet research, digital culture, and the management of scientific projects.

The training was organized as part of the InTraDo project, funded by the NAWA STER Programme – Internationalization of Doctoral Schools (Task 9: Workshop “Research Project Management” for academic staff). The event brought together academic staff from UWM interested in developing their skills in planning and implementing scientific projects.

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to:

  • learn methods for effective research project management,
  • exchange experiences in conducting and coordinating research,
  • discuss the challenges faced by project team leaders,
  • discover best practices and tools that support the work of researchers.

The trainer – Dr. Piotr Siuda, Associate Professor at UKW – shared his knowledge and experience gained through the implementation of numerous national and international projects, including those funded by the National Science Centre (NCN), as well as research on prosumption, e-commerce, and digital culture.

The training attracted great interest and received very positive feedback from participants, who emphasized its practical value and inspiring nature.
