Program description:

The Doctoral Program of the discipline of MANAGEMENT AND QUALITY SCIENCES is focused on providing knowledge and acquiring by its participant competences and skills related to the design and conduct of scientific research using methods and research tools appropriate for the discipline. It includes, among other: issues related to ethics and intellectual property, philosophy of science, propaedeutics of scientific work, quantitative and qualitative research methods, creation of research projects and commercialization of research results, as well as private and public law.

A Ph. D student can prepare publications and actively participate in conferences and scientific seminars, as well as make study visits to foreign universities. During the education, student prepares a dissertation, which should be an original solution to a research problem in the field of management and quality. As a result, it will make a significant contribution to the development and expansion of knowledge in the field of scientific discipline.

Career Opportunities:

A graduate of a doctoral school in the field of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences obtains a doctoral degree in the field of social sciences in the discipline of management and quality sciences.

Doctor can develop a career in the private and public sectors or find professional fulfillment in scientific institutions.  In the field of discipline, he has knowledge and skills ensuring high qualifications to work in managerial positions in production, trade, and service enterprises, as well as public administration institutions and non-profit organizations. Moreover, it has the potential to implement innovations and create pro-development changes in the social and business environment. He is an expert in his field, prepared for scientific work at universities and research institutes both in Poland
